    I did find an Abcon Corporation in California, not N.J. They are a plastics molding and packaging company. Of course, it's after 5:00 PM there so nobody's answering the phone.

    Abcon was also a manufacturer of standard US Army injection-molded canteens manufactured after 1963, according to this Facebook thread:

    The CAGE code shows them to be a vendor other than manufacturer, with a cancelled status code.
