One would think but one would be soooo wrong LOL
I made that using files of different shape or sizes and a Dremel with carbide or tungsten bits i ordered from China (i forgot which ones but the cheap ones lol) sand drum sanding discs.
A fine tooth saw and some sand paper.
Oh and i did use a rusty hack-saw (but still sharp) for the straight cut just above the cypher … no joke

I did… but if i did that i would be broke even before starting.
You see i do all my work by hands. I have table saw, a miter saw and portable power tools but no shop or machining tools.
Other than that it's all done with hand saws, chisels, files and sandpaper…. and the dreaded Dremel some love to hate.
My work is slow (not to mention my OCD for details lol)… i think i have 20 hours in the LEC handguard alone.
I made a Sht LE MK I rear handguard and it took me like 40 hrs before i was happy with it
Sadly i have refused work on many occasions.
I would love to have a nice size shop with shop tools and maybe a duplicator…. maybe one day.
