I am struggling to read what exactly is written on this WW2 Germanicon lice comb which I assume to be the maker, rather than the original owner. I've got the "Hamburg" part of it but the first two words are a struggle to see and even photograph.

For the first word I have come up with possibilities such as "Nord" to "Dow", to a multitude of other variations.

Any help would be appreciated, please.
