I seem to recall, that when the USS New Jersey was activated for Viet Nam service (naval shelling) the navy had a problem find gunners
and loaders familiar with the 16 inch guns

RCS-- I remember that quite well as the Navy had to bring long retired gunnery chiefs back into service to teach the younger "kids" how to load and shoot the 16" guns.
