I have a small collection of continental cartridges used for the most part in expensive rifles for hunting. Both drillings, combination guns and single shot rifles use these cartridges except for the 11,2x72 Schuler which was designed for the Mauser Model 1888 in 1904.
left to right: RWS 8x72R, 8x65RS Brennecke (also rimless), 9,3x72N, Norma 9,3x74R and the 11.2x72 with rebated rim for the MauserInformation
