    Transit Chest Australian?

This empty transit chest recently came from a UKicon militaria dealer and is in reasonably good condition, for it's age. I am thinking that it is of Australianicon origin because it has "SLAZ 1942" marked on the end (pictured), for Slazenger the sportswear people and we normally associate this marking with WW2 Australian manufacture. However, the parent company was UK based who also manufactured goods for the war effort. I can't see a "DD" marking on the chest to confirm that it is Australian and I do not recognise some of the markings on the top of the chest.

Is anyone able to decipher the markings on the top of the chest, please? (The markings in black on grey.) Are there any other markings or anything else that anyone can see that confirms the chest to be of Australian origin, please?

    Many thanks.
