    Another Mystery Item, a Belt with Brass Buckle

    Found this at an antique shop today. No idea what it is but appears to be something associated with the US Army as that's its crest. The L and the U are unknown as is the type of belt but appears ceremonial. Could be a College University ROTC buckle. The belt is 2 inchs wide.
