Woodsy is right about CMP vehicles in NZ. All of our large twin boom and smaller single boom recovery vehicles in NZ were CMP types except with the odd one or two Bedford RL light recovery vehicles. The RNZEME junior ranks were exempt other tedious duties because we had a recovery rota.
