My eyes this afternoon are almost the same dilation but I don't see all that sharp out of the left yet. Hoping it's just some healing time that's needed. I can see well enough to go without glasses but reading things is difficult. It could also be because it's totally out of focus due to the glasses lens in front of it.

Eye still feeling good, I had a minor head ache for a little today but not for long.
Pop your glasses off and look around. I had my optical shop replace the lens of the corrected eye with neutral glass and it really helped. In the time between when I had the second eye done and when they felt it was healed enough to prescribe, I bought a set of progressive readers at the drug store that really helped as well. When you get your new glasses it probably is going to be amazing to you.
