Yea...a good bore and an original receiver barrel match are not that common and very desirable, but the overall condition of the rifle determines the value in the eye of the beholder with the cash in hand who has done his homework.
Least that's my rule.

By the way, Bill Ricca's sight was the first one that I checked because he only sells G.I. parts and is great to to business with. But...parts are hard and he didn't have everything on my grocery list. So I went to three other sources for the rest.

Spent two hours on your project...think you will have a lot more in if you take it on to completion. Enjoyed every minute.

Hey what did you give for your project rifle, want to figure the real price for such a project. If ya' don't mind...saw a sporter with the ugliest stock on this earth at the last local show and had a look, was a low number and needed a complete park job.
