Rear Sight ... Can someone help me ID this?

Hello to everyone. I've searched all my reference material but can't find anything on this sight. It is marked T. I on the right side (there is no sign of a period after the I under magnification). The left is marked 86 11 It is on a 6 digit 335,xxx Inland that sure looks like an arsenal rebuild to me but I can't find a single mark referring to a rebuild. Any help is greatly appreciated. Here a couple of photos. I haven't figured out how to get them to display in the post yet so these links will have to do.
