Its' been awhile, my mom was financially strapped about 5 years ago, and my Garandicon (pics attached), has been in the pawn shop for the duration. The situation got better and he came to visit the other day, moved right in and I'll probably have him to put up with for some time now! It first came to me in the late 80s for the outrageous sum of $185. Although rebuilt in the 1960's and then stored away at Anniston until I got it, the stock was way too worn, the receiver actually overhung at the rear. A call to Fajen fixed that with a Camo Laminated stock that was soon discontinued and it wasn't long after that Fajen went under. The serial # indicates November of 42 production. Did I mention that it still has less than 1000 rounds through it, on this rebuild that is.
