Last time I spoke with Eric, of Nilcolaus Associates, he was had acquired a good number (perhaps most) of the drawings for the A3. He is going to publish them in a book like he has for the M1917 and M1icon. You could contact him and see how far along he is. I have not checked his website for some time, maybe it is done.
