does anyone want it?

I got this today, it clearly is a training device for Enfield Riflesicon. No clue how it works or WHAT it does? Is it worth anything? I figured someone might want it among the Enfield collectors?

I didin't pay much, so unless it is something really rare, I don't want much either! LOL.
