Thanks again.. I really don't intend to shoot it very much, it's more to complete my WW2 collection. It's like my M1icon Garand, I think I've put at most about 250 rounds thru it in the 17 years I've owned it. The only time any of my WW2 rifles go to the range is if someone likes the particular piece and wants to fire it, other than that they're all pampered safe queens. I shoot in a League which I use other rifles for and when I'm really Jonesing I bring out my AR15 for a little stress relief.

Any ideas where I can get a sling swivel? Is that screw supposed to be there to hold the swivel, or was it a quick fix? Any ideas on what this carbine may be worth?
