Asking the experts...

I recently purchased an Enfield No.4 spike bayonet.
I thought it was just your run of the mill spike bayonet until I looked closer. It appears to have two makers marks, one set of markings on each side of the socket.
Left Side...
T.R.M. (...possibly "T.R.M. 1")
J.W.(S) Ltd
/|\

Right Side...
No.4 MK II*
PS&S Ltd
Why would it marked in this manner and who is the maker?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Brad
