My Winchester has the milled housing (type A var 4) but I've ordered a NPM SG based on Ruth's recommendation of brand quality. While it was probably made with the milled housing, there is a possibility that it will have a fabricated trigger housing (type A var 3) from IBM or mixed at rebuild. This will be a shooter carbine. My question is: has anyone any opinions regarding the two types? Is the brazed housing as durable and perform as well? Thanks for any help.Information
