Collector help with information on my 1903's?

Hi folks …

I'm dumber than a box of rocks when it comes to U.S. arms and I'm looking at selling off the pieces I have to make room for my focus, German K98ks.

Anyway, not sure what I have in 1903's or how to describe them, let alone establish a fair price, so any feedback from serious collectors in this forum would be appreciated. I have gathered some information, but it's limited.
