Samco Global was selling the taller front sight, which will be needed to lower your impact, though it will require filing for precise elelvation adj. I ordered one for my model 38, which has a micrometer rear sight and in the lowest setting of 300 meters was printing 1 ft. hight at 100 yds. You should be able to slightly drift the front sight to the right to off set windage issue. hth.
