    Well, back from the store. The stock is not an I cut. Can't find any identifiable cartouches. The barrel is not import marked. It appears that the windage sight was removed and a flip type (with an S on it) was installed. Nice carbine overall, but I think it might be worth more like $400-500. Thanks for all the info, it is much appreciated!
