I seen it in his Q and A section.....it was there.....but now I can't find it using a search of completed auctions under the heading...
M1 carbine stock.
Bottom line;
Be vague. Post good pictures. Most will know what your item is. If not they can use the Ask Questions Option.

I was really surprised when I recently found out you could put additional pics from photobucket on your auction. The photobucket pics pop up right below the ebay pics! Does ebay own photobucket too?

His advice...don't be to specific...
"we don't look at the pictures unless the word content alerts us".
Telling Mike don't be specific only goes to show that they don't care about what the items are, just the money they get for selling them.
Their higher then now airs about right and wrong really only come down to the mighty dollar.

eBAy still does have tons of listings for graphic porn and "toys". I'll never understand the liberal mind and how it functions. It is very much a conundrum.

Beat Ebay
I have had success with 3 day auctions. for slides, bolts and internals.
Have it end on Sunday, by Monday its too late..
I don't know if it software they use, or go by complaints.
Seems like 3 days is not enough time to get the ball rolling.

I canceled my ebay membership when they banded firearms and parts. They tried to talk me out of it and said that the firearms and parts could be used to kill someone. I mentioned to them about all the porn and bondage stuff they allowed to be sold could cause someone to be raped...I never got a response and my membership was canceled.

I have thought about putting up for auction a stuffed teddy bear and in the listing use words like "machine gun", "bomb", "hand grenade", "ammunition", "complete fire arm", you know, just to throw them in a loop!
Are they really holding PayPal funds until feedback is received? What BS!

I wondered the same thing Bill. I haven't sold anything on eBay for a while.
Can anyone confirm this?
It was bad enough when eBay decided you couldn't leave a negative for a buyer who wouldn't pay, or didn't pay for many weeks and made up silly excuses or didn't answer emails. I gave up on selling things on eBay because it was so hard trying to get paid to end the deal, and I did everything I could to be polite, prompt, sent the item the same day they paid, answer and send emails etc.
Now they are holding funds???? Sounds crazy.

Cafdfw and Bill - I've sold 14 items this month - 13 reloading tool components and one rifle stock. All were paid via PayPal immediately with no delay.
I did have one item in Dec (?) that was a E-check through P-P that was delayed five days until it cleared the buyers bank. P-P notified me when the e-check cleared.
