Books by Clive Law
As a shameless, self-serving plug please allow me to introduce three firearms books that I have written as these may be of intetrest to the forum members;
"Canadian
Military Handguns, 1855-1985", This is the first complete study on this little known subject. Fully illustrated the text examines the procurement, use and disposal of every model of handgun used by Canadian military forces during the 130-year period. Publichsed by Museum Restoration Services.
"Inglis Diamond, The Canadian High Power Pistol", 312pp, 375 illustrations. An examination of this unique Canadian-made pistol. Manufactured in small numbers, over a short period of time, the model has seen active use in a dozen countries and is still carried by Canadian soldiers today. All information is based on archival material. Published by Collector Grade Publications
"Without Warniong, Canadian Sniper Equipment of the 20th Century" The first serious study of Canadian-made and Canadian-issued sniper equipment. Included are the rifles, uniforms and optics used from the First World War through to the Afghan war. Published by Service Publications.
My topics are unabashedly Canadian. In addition I edited a re-work of Col Duguid's monograph on the Ross Rifle ("A Question of Confidence - the Ross Rifle in the Trenches") as well as contributing to the Sten and Bren books published by Collector Grade Publications.
