It's the walking Bear "Berndorfer" Austrian arsenal marking if I recall. Somewhat uncommon.

So that would make it a WW1 German

Cool history, Kinda like a two for one. When I picked it up it was because it had the Tikka barrel when I got it home under the lights that old bear was a dancing. Thanks for the info guys-SH
