Your barrel is for a early Colt. Depending how the HP is stamped will determine the serial number range. If the stamped H P spaced apart this would be s/n range 25,000 to 120,000. If stamped with the HP turned 90 degrees than 110,000 to 425,000. With the HP interlaced where the right leg of the H is the post for the P than s/n 400,000 to 710,000. There is an over lap in the s/n ranges.
