    Gun show

At show today a Martini Henry, marked caliber unknown. Has a crown with VOR underneath, then Enfield, then 1923, then ICI. $ 550.00. What is this ?

One can never be sure with out seeing it, but if your description of markings is accurate it is a counterfeit and isn't worth bothering with... $150 would be high.

It should be V.R not VOR. V.R is for Victoria Regina and she died in 1901. So a date under her would not be greater than 1901. 1CI is 1st class Carbine Interchangeable and would not be on a rifle action. Front of the carbine actions are rounded. 1CI would only appear on .577/.450 caliber carbines.
