    Two New Cmp Win. Lineouts--Question?

I just got two Win. marked WTA. Serial # 24022xx and 24038xx. One has an Inland 9-43 barrel and the other has an Underwood 8-43 barrel. Is it safe to assume that these are not the original barrels? Most other parts are Winchester. Also, I cannot tell if "Underwood" is lined out. How can I see under the sight. I am real new at this and I am just trying to find out what I have. Rarity, collectability. value. I appreciate any help you folks can give me. I do not want to shoot something if it is something special. I would rather get another carbine. Thanks Bill

Seems to me that CMPicon has been letting several carbines go on luck of the draw instead of auction in this last batch... Could it be that they have so many "specials" that they are raising the bar on what gets auction? Or is it a case where there is so much backed up to auction that it won't be gone by the time CMP gets out of the carbine "busness"?

    Just a reflection....

As they say in the NFL "On further review" the Underwood name is not lined out on either one.
