This should help. This assembly/disassembly guide at the CMPicon website shows how. You can follow their instructions or as Latigo 1 says, after removing the windage knob and elevation spindle pull the aperture up a little and apply upward pressure and the whole thing will pop out, or use the screwdriver method as show in the CMP disassembly photos.
