I've got a Fultons one and the crown is flat on that as well.
Another to add and confirm. I have a REGULATED BY FULTON marked barrel that also has flat faced muzzle with tiny, tiny chamfer into the bore.

Here's a couple of pics;
*the chamfer is so small its hardly visible.
*Having two accurizers on the one rifle is a big huh?! Perhaps the barrel was regulated and added to a Parkers rifle.
* and my favorite part, the RNZN, and then there's that big fat round head screw holding it. I have original flush ones but if its good enough for our bouys its good enough for me.

I have only encountered two rifles with Ball burnished barrels and both of these had their barrels marked by Parker Hale at the muzzle, like the image attached.
They were a P14 and a SMLE with the nose cap bored out so that the barrel was free floating at the muzzle end.
