Oh, the poor carbines from yesteryear!

Most of that aftermarket junk was before my time jmoore, but I've seen a lot of stuff over the years from that era. (I haven't seen the 'Commando' conversion)

I wonder how many rare carbines sold through DMC, etc were butchered back then when they were cheap, and the original stocks with original markings, etc were thrown away or stuffed in a packed garage over the years to make these 'fine' conversions.
