Are the Amalon or Fulton's bases adjustable for zeroing in any way?

No; and since all of them clamp to the charger bridge which isn't a consistent part of the rifle for centralizing a scope, the remedy is to purchase Millett windage adjustable rings. They are excellent quality, made of steel and make a hard job easy as far as collimating the scope over the center line of the bore. They come in both 1" and 30mm.

The early SK mount that uses the Leupold style rings has windage adjustment, the newer style with the Weaver rail does not.

THe S&K mount is adequate for my purposes, and I have it on a rifle that typically gets 2 MOA (1 MOA if I pull my finger out and concentrate...but that is a different story). The aluminium is a little weak, so I have to be careful when I refit the S&K rings to the base after doing maintenance and cleaning, as I found the little Allen screws can cut into the mounting spigots on the rings. I would prefer a steel mount, but that will only happen when I get an Enfield that would do justice to a more expensive mounting system.

Two others for the No. 4
DAI Management makes a bolt on side mount with adjustment that looks very nice! Scope height seems as high as the others? Sold by Brownells.
The other is by far the lowest one out there and is under development.
It is under development by SIA - Special Interest Arms in two versions - long and short. Looks like a roll pin on the charger bridge?
