YES!!!!!!!!It is a Type II so I lined up the center index line. Believe it or not, I only had to do one click to the right, straight out of the CMP
box. The group is smaller, though, since I changed from the I cut and "hung it" in a pot belly. The center of group is 1.5" above POA on the 100/150 setting. According to my ballistic calculator that is dead on POA at 150 and about 3.5" high at 100. Perfect for a 6 O'clock hold on a 100 yard bullseye. The rear sight housing is staked only very slightly left of center. Lots of the carbines I have seen seem to be VERY left of center.
