To bad someone went wild with the steel wool.
Damn painters had to make sure they splattered paint specks on the stock also.

Not steel wool - most likely sand paper or a ScotchBrite pad. Steel wool would have been preferable. Too bad, too, because it was an otherwise untouched early Inland. I think somebody paid $1000 too much considering the scratched-up steel.
