The live round shown is probably a 30-40 Kragicon round. Note the printing on the bandoleer, Model of 1898 which is a Krag made by Springfield. I think the bandoleer and rounds in it are quite valuable for a collector. The rounds in the clip are for the 1903 Springfield. Look on the base to see what markings are there.
