Hey Arisaka
,
I tried, photos are too big to post here. Don't know if I can reduce the photos with the program I have, doesn' look like it.

Fairtrimmer's Military oX gunstock oil
^X2 This!!! Great stuff! The wax is also available as Tom's 1/3 Military Stock Wax, just Google it.
This stock was thoroughly degreased (plumb full of oil) with Dawn Power Dissolver and brushes, lightly sanded to cleanup, then rubbed for 1 hour with Fairtrimmer's and 400 grit wet/dry sandpaper, then wiped dry. Let it dry for a week, then waxed with 2 coats of Tom's.

I have not recevied my new CMP
stock yet, but I did receive a new buttplate. The buttplate seems to be smaller than the picture of the stock, are new stocks made larger and must be sanded to fit the parts? Thanks

I use Pilkington Red-Gold linseed oil
. Brownell's carries it.
