The best guy in the world to do that relining job is only about an hour from you in Fairfield, PA.....about 8 miles SW of Gettysburg. His name is Bobby Hoyt, and his number is 717/642-6696. Bobby just finished relining a Remington Rolling block in 45-70 for me, and he did a great job.
