Another newbie on the forum. I've been collecting for 25+years. WWI and WWII US and British
long guns. Have a little bit of everything, including a 1941 Johnson. Any other Johnson folks on the site I would be interested in hearing from.

Hello All,
Just got a service grade M1
last week and found this site by researching the rifle. I've had a few milsurps through the years.
First one was a 03 springfield bought back in the early 70's for $40.
Now have a 1873 trapdoor in excellent condition.
A Norinco SKS that's a excellent shooter despite the "BB gun" trigger.
A 91/30 Mosin that with a little grinding on the rear site, the point of aim is now the point of impact.
And even though its not a true Milsurp, I consider my SP-1 Colt close enough.
Regards,
Tony from northwest Florida

Hi,
New guy from BC. First rifle was a P17 '06, first deer was taken with a #4 Mk1, and I've been shooting 6.5x55s for almost 30 years. I have a Remington 7.62x54R, an Ariska, M42B, Brazilian
M98 '06, and a few other old timers. I came here looking for more brass options for reloading.

My interest in this site began when an old friend who gave me a Mauser 1909 Argentino... I am told it is is very good condition but I dont know much about it yet. It has been rechambered for .30-06... I don't know if that is significant or not. So I'm new at this to say the least. Any input this group can give me would be welcomed... Thx
