A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. A pakerized firearm with a coat of Hornady's "One Shot" dry lube. When they were buying the formula from the developer (a lubrication engineer named David Moses that used to work for Colt) I did a 12 month study through our police range. Waistband carry of a treatde pistol in Washington humidity, and even a 12 month submersion of an H&K in sea water. The stuff is amazing, but very hard to find. The dry film bonds with the metal surface on a molecular level. It is used as a cleaner and lube, then allowed to dry.

Hornady has one formula for lubing brass during reloading (no corrosion inhibitors) and one for clean/lube. Midway used to carry it as did Brownells. I have been too lazy to get any for about 3 or 4 years, but shouldget some. We used it on BP guns, Uzis, MP5s, M16s, S&W and HK handguns. more than a 50% reduction in fouling and carbon residue compared to other commercial lubes.
