One of the Inlands I saw was a 98% original finish which belongs to a friend, and I saw it completely dismantled right after he bought it. There was no two tone on it. Wear might account for the color above and below the wood line being different.

I have 110xxx and it does not look two tone, but if you look closely at the very end of the OSH and the left side it just has a very small amount of area that was not blasted before finishing. These small areas and the bottom of the receiver are both a deep shiny blue/black and that top/exposed areas are a worn dull grayish/blue color. I have a near new 5.19 that is a two tone parkerized color very similar to receiver pictured in the CC newsletter about Inland second block. Both have the color change on the barrel from the areas not blated and covered by the band during finishing. I will post a couple pics to show the difference.
