Restoration to original configuration of No 5 mk 4 (ish)
Think this is the right place to be,..
Have a No 5 Mk 4 jungle carbine, that the previous owner put a scope on.
I would like to have it retsored back to its orginal configuration, but am at a loss as to where to locate the battle sights and bayonette boss that have been removed from it.
Admittedly, it seems sights are there for decoration on this rifle anyway, but still, Ild like to have a peice of history the way it was when deployed.

Hi smeagain,
Good for you on wanting to bring her back to her former glory.
The flash hider is a bit of a pain to install. Make sure yours was removed and that the barrel is otherwise intact. If the barrel was cut to remove the flash hider, there's no point working on that rifle in my opinion,
