Sling Well stamp on QHMC,Anyone know what it is?

This first picture is the slingwell of a Un-Quality, 4,4**,***
You'll see it has the larger stamped RSG letters with the Circle, Bomb, O or Q marking. ??

Second picture has the HQ marking (upside down) in the slingwell of a 4,8**,***X Un-Quality Type III lo-wood stock.

P.S. Best if you increase the size of the 2nd picture to best view the HQ letters.
Bottom right corner..change ZOOM level to approx 200%
On my PC the ZOOM feature is just above the time.
