    Ross front sight ?

I recently purchased a Ross rifle and would like to know if there is a way to tighten the front sight base. It slips front to rear and twists a little. Is there a set screw under the front sight dovetail?

Edit: Another thread shows a pin holding the sight base on. Mine does not appear to have a pin. The base looks solid.
