It is not listed as a DCM Sales rifle, but still sounds to be correct. It would not have the serial number electro penciled on the bolt. In addition to the polished bolt, the receiver raceways would also be polished.
The barrel was not blued, but is a smooth black phosphate finish.

From the pictures and description, the rifle appears to be a National Match rifle, and a nice one at that.
Good Luck!

p.s.,
How much is the price? Just curious.

Very nice, indeed! Definitely the right serial # range. Stock looks great, but shouldn't the handguard be of the high-hump variety?
OK, I'm wrong. Did a little research and the handguard does appear correct.

Still working on the price. What would a good price be, in your opinion?
Thanks, Steve

The seller also has another one that he describes as a NM, with this description:
# 12714xx. Bbl. 24". 1927 production w/ star gauge. SA10-25 bbl. Stock is later 2 bolt replacement. Last 4 digits of S# scratched on later 03-A3 bolt. Metal parkerized. CONDITION: good w/ several repairs to hand guard. (10-647/CW) CURIO.

I'm kinda sceptical that this one is actually an NM

John, the first NM went for $2700. The second one, whose authenticity I had questions about went for just under a grand.
Thanks for the information.

$2700 was an excellent price for the first rifle. Somebody got a very nice rifle at an excellent price.
The second rifle appears to be a CMP
Greek rifle, or equivalent. It was probably a National Match rifle at one time, but appears long since overhauled, refinished, and fitted with mixed parts. Just under a grand was about right.
