You'll need an oval cut low wood, from say TN Trimble, among others.

Nice find! Just keep your eyes open and they come around. What a Country had some,e-bay, gunbroker, etc. Most are overpriced but fair deals do come once in a while.

I believe you will need an Oval Cut High Wood Stock, and not a Low Wood, according to Carbine Newsletter # 305

Very nice, LeagelEagle. Sorry, no NHTE on the hammer. It's either an "M" or a "W" depending on whether I'm standing on my head or not.
So what's a fair price for a Trimble stock generally?

The Plainfield sliding stocks are scarce. They have gotten very desirable with some of the "Tacticool" crowd who like the front grip, and add an Ultimac Picatinny rail handguard. I have seen the Plainfield sliding stock go for $150 to $200. I would say $150 would be the friend price, $200 on Gunbroker.
