Have a look in "Small Arms Training" Volume 1, Pamphlet No. 3, page 31. and you will understand what your problem is.
It seems as though all Lee Enfield Rifleicon sights were set to shoot at point of aim with a bayonet fitted. Remove the bayonet and the rifle will shoot one foot high at two hundred meters.
