Thanks for the info browningautorifleicon. I don't have any plans to disassemble one. I read several post by people at this site who have taken theirs apart. I thought it was more complicated than just tearing it down. I think the only reason that would prompt me to do it is if there was carbon buildup and the rifle did not function as a result. As far as getting the thing back in the correct position, isn't there a bushing that would make this assured? However, I know you can put the gas pipe in wrong.
