There are two ways, one is to get the link and add: [IMG] at the front of the link and: [/IMG] at the end.

Or just next to the envelope icon at the top of the field where you type in, if you hover the mouse over it you will see 'insert image' , click on that and post the link in that.
Once you have the hang of it, posting pics becomes very straightforward.
