peregrinvs,not sure if you are trying to find some form of conformatity on deacs submitted to different Proof Houses by different Sec5 dealers at different dates but you will not find any.
Not all Sec 5 dealers selling deacs do their own deac work and can be farmed out to numerous other Sec 5 dealers to deac them who submit to different Proof Houses.Even now submitting to the same Proof House the method of deactivation will differ greatly depending on who did the work but will still pass.
