Mr. Ricca commented on these once.
IIRC he had a copy of a contract for stocks they made.
Can't remember if they were WWII time frame or Post WWII.

I have heard two stories Keystone and OKay.
If I remember correctly Bill Ricca stated he had a contract showing keystone had a carbine M2 stock contract from 44-45.
The thinking was these were the markings on the Keystone stocks.

Just a note. I think the probability of it being Keystone is very high.
It cannot be Okay because the company did not exist until circa 1970/71. Okay was started by Eddie Okay who bought out B Jahn Manufacturing. The company specializes in metal items, not wood.
That myth has been spread for years by individuals who never researched the history of contracts or companies. Beware of some of the internet information. A percentage of it can be false.

Try typing the phrase "K in circle" (no quotes) and perhaps other variants, in the white entry box for our custom Google CSE site search (located top right of forums) and see what else turns up ...

I have an Inland 67186xx with a K in circle and also has G 1 in the sling cut. The barrel date is 1-45. Oh the stock is M2.
