First Block Winchester Report is in NL #336. I just happen to have that in front of me, as I was looking at that block for my early Winchester. I have not seen a "full" Underwood report as of late, but I know there are some write ups in the earlier newsletters. I will have to check them later when I have that stuff in front of me. Or maybe someone else will chime in , in the meantime.
