You Chinese/Norinco SKS was made at one of the many arsenals that are throughout China, the represent that particular arsenal the rifle was assembled at. Only one of the arsenals markings the /26\ which comes from the Jianshe arsenal can be reliably dated as to the year of mfg. Chinese SKS rifle come in a variety of configurations since the Chinese use differ techniques to mfg. there rifles during there production life. Rifle can have varied array of features from all milled parts, blade bayo's and screwed in barrels with long and short lugs to spike bayo's,pinned barrels and stamped trigger guard housings.

Generally after 1965 spike bayo's replaced the blade bayo, pinned in barrels started showing up from 1970 to the end of production in the 1990's as well as the stamped metal trigger guard housing which appeared in the latter part of production. Since your rifle has the pinned barrel it's probably safe to say it was produced sometime between 1970 and 1990.
